DAY FOUR: WATER WITH LEMON, PUMPKIN SEEDS, FEW BITES OF POTATO WEDGES THROUGHOUT DAY (1CUP), HOT TEA.

I am kinda weak but it's not like yesterday, and may have an egg if I start to feel super hungry with mean headache later tonight...but so far so good. Too weak to work outside on yard, hoping for a sunny Aloha Friday that's my last day of water cleanse, then its raw foods so I have more energy to do woodworking. For now just some hula hooping...my stomach is shrinking though woohoo!!

Simplicity can be beautiful...
...and worth much more than a billion difficult pleasures.
