Aloha Amigos, wanna see my venetian mask?

"I think its time to bling my venetian..."
It's still not finished but was anxious to show a client...hope she digs it. This pic still shows the paperclips (used yellow so it camouflages heehee)...bondo is still drying...I didn't post last few days because it poured rain the whole weekend and that's no bueno for drying.
And because I am a detail freak, I also want to add details inside each square on flaps with more crystals if I have time...still need to create 4 half masks, and one costume for my friend (she's offered to wear a mask and "advertise" for me at the masquerade!) The pic below was taken today (time is incorrect) so it's not as poppin as at night. Thankfully, it's an evening event where the gold shimmers and sparkles will be seen allot better.
I added more chin so I will be making a fancy (traditional masquerade style) holding stick to attach to chin so it's easier to take on and off. I am not sure what to charge for this one yet, it took almost 18 or so hours to make. Oh, lastly, I am planning to soak a piece of material in water and chamomile before attaching to inside. One of the concerns from clients is inside scent...nobody wants to smell paint all night...and I want to make sure masks are soft and comfortable....heyyy...wait'a'sec...I think I just made "functional art"...cool (: If you are interested in learning how I did this----and with using all recycled materials! no worry chicken curry---
