Tarzan & Jane Mermaid Me Do It.

...yep, my first commissioned nude couple (for a cut-out board at a coconut stand in Kipuhulu...owner plans to add cloth after to cover up the areas not appropriate for family photos hehe...he also requested "more paint" on the male to add more size! lmao!)...and bam, another nude painting request arrived soon after...I am easing towards renaissance style but right now its kinda a "cartoon pornish style" so want to work on getting more elegant and mystical with this before using for sticker designs to throw up...but love the idea of stickers and stencils for mural design...shucks, I can't stop thinking about my first wall sticker...gives me...butterflies. Well, first things first...finish the Mermaid painting to enter in upcoming exhibition...and help plan the next HMA "HI-Wall Exhibition" (May 5th, Cinco De Mayo, Banyan Tree, Wailuku, Maui, HI "Coffee or Ti?" we will be honoring Maui's coffee growers and businesses...and painting our arses off. So stoked to be having an exhibition...but because we are all on a starving-artist-paint-is-priority budget...our exhibition promotions will exist more online through social media...and coconut wireless hehe. Hey there, interested in being a part of Maui's first Mural Arts organization? Well, c'mob down! We will be having regular meetings to make sure we stay legit. It's a heavy process becoming a nonprofit but I'm glad it's to help more artists promote their skills and artworks (:
