Hawaii Mural Arts
---is going on the road in 2017!!!! and bringing you with us!!!...right here on the new blog--err I mean "vlog" because after this post, we go live in Sept all month long on FB, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram, Snapchat, and here. I will also be posting comments, but since there's still so much to plan, this will be much easier to maintain AND easier to speak my mind than type my mind...
Never vlogged before about any one subject, but I'm excited to learn more about video editing, recording, etc. May even take a class at Akaku to learn more for our 30min TV plans we hope to have approved for airing in Sept.
OMGAWWWWD I can't wait to put up huge canvas and paint murals across the US!!!! A dream come true
First time road trippin (may bring SeΓ±or but keep thinking the quarantine would be too much back n forth from Maui to SF to Maui
) & vloggin across the states introducing people to the Aloha way is just unreal...next few weeks I'm making lists and planning routes...here's some things I'm thinking I'll need on loan or to purchase once I'm there besides the basics
(ANY SUGGESTIONS, DONATIONS, SPONSORSHIPS APPRECIATED);

| My amazing son let me use this pic of him for sketching out my ThrasherFish, Mahalo Son, I love you to the moon! |
Welp, that's it for now, suggestions appreciated...& also getting contacts ready for states that provide me with any of the things needed &/or comfy couches. I'd rather save for gas to visit/paint more destinations & to do more activities. And I'm not just promoting the arts, but the essence of true Aloha & appreciation for my gifts offered & accepted.
My children are both young adults now barely needing me for help anymore *sniff* (enya playin). I'm pretty set up with job opportunity when I'm done on sabbatical and return back home to Maui (get licensed & independent-- it's worth it!!) so my time is now...no real commitments after January, no hot love triangles, no need for material possessions...it's like my numbers being called (see what the DMV does to your mind, probably why I'm wanting this nonstop road trip)...to do some awesome stuff in the name of art and travel to locations that want to be involved with my nonprofit. Gathering members overseas for HMA one by one if necessary

(Psst!--eh when I'm back on island working again, promise my couch will be offered to those same peeps! Cuz das' how!

)
see you on the other side,
~M.
