Happy New Year? Well, let's hope so /:  
I'd say things can only get better now that our country has hit rock bottom...it's time for communities to join forces with other communities...and let's start through creative design and alternative thinking. I have been offline this whole month to simply rest...yes, this ol gal is beat down...and totally "pooped out" dog tired. I decided to work on my New Years resolution now that the fight at S.R. is over...well, as the corporate bullies return to their tables to plot more deceitful acts against the American people. I really gave it my all these past few months promoting and trying my best to fund a trip like I was planning...and still am but it's going to now happen with ease and grace...or until I can fund it all on my own...which means more work hours and saving this year. My New Years Resolution? MAKE MONEY. As much as possible, gather resources, plan for sustainability, grow more food, and 'push' to make growing medicinal herbs legal for people who desperately need it everyday. I find it ridiculous that diabetics have to struggle hard to afford pens that keep them alive!!! Why our government has gotten away with controlling how we heal, amazes me...we are literally fighting to stay alive in this country!! I truly believe EVERY person should be given, yes, outright no questions asked, just automatic law; every person on this planet is entitled to FREE shelter, healthcare, and healing foods/herbs. And the rich folks need to start coughing up resources they are hoarding for themselves...some of the wealthiest people are single!!! Instead of paying money for their lifestyles, let them BUILD instead. Let the rich be required to offer up a percentage of land for the purpose of ending homelessness, limited access to non-gmo foods, and things that need change NOW. Forget paying taxes, that's a joke, and only ties up years of progress because of paperwork, court hearings, and trying to sniff out papertrails of illegal activities...forget the paper and start with solid structures---HOMELESSNESS CAN'T WAIT.

Standing Rock is a sneak peak at what's ahead and how American people will need to wake up now and not just "make their bed" but actually build it---for their neighbors too...we can not rely on our government any longer to do whats right...and by helping eachother on a smaller scale, we will have more support when---yes When...it happens again and again on a much larger uncontrollable scale...communities should not tolerate it any longer...the time is now to rebuild our lifestyles to reflect the change that WILL happen in the next year. Happy New Year? I think if I can afford it, sure maybe. But a kid on the way to college, another about to move across the state, and me with a new nonprofit and a career change from healing world to art design...will be quite the challenge. But one thing that has not changed is my true love for all things artistic...I love to create and will be jumping into more event planning, building, and of course painting...overseas (((:
